Anti-terror agency defends computer system

WASHINGTON (CNN) — The National Counterterrorism Center is disputing charges that the computer system that compiles information on terrorists and suspected terrorists from government agencies is ineffective and hindering its ability to track terrorists.  >>>>>

The charges should be that the system should not be in place; for the majority of people in the system have nothing to do with terrorism aside from being in a position where they are having to defend themselves from the label of potential terrorists.
