Sarajevo arrests Wahhabi leader

Just days before Bosnian authorities made their offer, the Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg issued a temporary measure ordering Bosnian authorities to halt moves to deport Abu Hamza until his case could be reviewed by the Bosnian Constitutional Court. The Strasbourg court was also concerned that al-Husini’s rights could be violated in his home country.

However, Bosnian authorities disobeyed both courts decisions and arrested him. Still, this does not mean that Abu Hamza will be deported immediately. In fact, he could remain in the extradition prison for as long as five years, until another country demands his extradition.  >>>>>
