Teodoro, who spoke before news of the military overrunning the rebel camp was confirmed, said an estimated 165 rebels have been killed in almost four weeks of fighting on Mindanao. About 80 civilians and 35 soldiers were also killed. The fighting also displaced about 500,000 people.
