Dutch state not liable for Srebrenica deaths: court

Two groups of plaintiffs had claimed that the UN Dutch troops protecting the enclave had handed Muslim refugees over to Bosnian Serb forces, who killed some 8,000 of them.

The headline doesn’t say enough.  The article doesn’t even try to deny the allegations.  It just places it somewhere else.  For this reason, along with the recent Dutch spies in Iran, cartoons and the like, shows how Islamophobia is well-embedded into the Dutch culture today.

Since the Netherlands is not responsible, how about having the UN try these soldiers under violation of international law?
