“The Hizb ut-Tahrir will storm the city streets and no one will be able to live in peace on the soil of Bangladesh if our leaders and workers are not released in 48 hours,” warned Muhiuddin Ahmed, coordinator of Hizb ut-Tahrir in Bangladesh, at a Ramadan function on Friday.

Unlike India, and other parts of the world, in this case, there is a face verified to be speaking on breaking the rules in place with violence and the like. This is not the case in other places, whereby the names of unknown groups are brought about to provide a public outcry against their overall group – such as Muslims.
